I called Plumbing Around The Clock by doing a general google search for “plumber in Wilton Manors” on a Saturday late afternoon with an exploding water pipe. They answered on the second ring. Reassured me that a plumber could be there. Ten minutes later Pedro called me with a professional and timely conversation. He arrived ten minutes later. Handed me a business card right away. He could see I was worried we wouldn’t have water running in the house so with a smile on his face he reassured me he would help fix the problem even before assessing our specific problem. Pedro gave me a reasonable quote. He fixed the problem and we have working running water back in the house. Exceptional service. Professional. Timely. Informative. We had water pressure issues for some time now that seemed to get worse and worse every day. After a lot of back and forth emails and phone calls with other people, I eventually called Plumbing Around the Clock. Chris responded immediately and sent someone out that same day. Sam, our technician, arrived and located our problem only after a few minutes. He walked us through the whole process and pricing, and took his time to carefully repair our issue the very same day. I must say, our water pressure is amazing and probably better than ever! The fact that they are a 24-hr service is also a plus. Nathan was great. These days you have to look out for companies who look legit but will lie to try and make the job bigger than what it has to be. Fortunately, Nathan is not like this. He gives you realistic, attainable solutions and is a polite positive professional. He doesn’t try to pressure you into services you don’t need. Night and day difference from the last emergency plumber I had to call. The last one lied to me and said I needed way more work than was true and was actually angry and aggressive when I told him I wouldn’t be hiring him for all that. If you want to feel like you have someone in your home you can trust, call Plumbing Around The Clock and ask for Nathan, but be prepared to pay extra as he is on their after hours crew. ~ Ari T

So ever since the flash floods in south Florida, my hot water stopped working and my bathtub was not draining. I called Gil and he was prompt. He worked fast and did not leave until he knew the problem was resolved, gave recommendations on how to avoid similar type problems in the future. He had to come back a second time to finish but worked with my schedule and always answered my phone and texts within minutes. He followed up to make sure everything was still working alright after he was done. Was very friendly and respectful. Very knowledgeable. I know he is the first to call on my list if ever another problem were to present itself. Had main inbound pipeline burst, was at my location within 30 minutes. Immediately solved issue and during the following days no matter how difficult their crew worked diligently repiping my entire home. Always making sure to have me connected with water. The company owner, Gil was at my site everyday assuring quality workmanship and performance. Always available to answer any of my concerns no matter how many questions I had. “Which were a lot”! Crew were awesome and one in particularly, Christian was extremely skilled and willing to assist with any of my concerns. Overall, highly recommended “PLUMBING around the CLOCK”!!!! P.S. The only plumber specialist you will ever need to call. I had a home water emergency, busted leaking pipe underground, today and called #1-#4 listed on Google; all of them said it would be ant least tomorrow afternoon before they could come out. Levy, who literally had his father in the car, said he would be at my house in an hour. Levy is friendly, personable, professional, quick, and very skilled. He kept me informed throughout the whole repair and any time there was a decision point, he gave me his opinion, but left the decision up to me. Review for Wis at Plumbers Around the Clock I can’t say enough good things about Wis and Plumbers Around the Clock. After being without hot water for over 4 days, I was struggling to find someone who could come out quickly and offer a fair price. Wis showed up within an hour of my call, assessed the situation, and gave me an extremely reasonable quote—far better than several others I had received. Not only was he prompt, but his knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. He replaced my hot water heater the same day, saving me from waiting even longer without hot water. We called Plumbing Around the Clock today, 05/11/25, Sunday, spoke to Chris , explained our issue he set the appointmrnt.. Sam arrived, we discussed the issue , he check things out and was off to get parts needed, came back had repairs completed in a reasonable amount of time , even while i was asking questions, Sam is very knowledgable and very profesional, he checked that all was in working order before he left.. I am very satisfied with the work done and the cost ,definatly recommend these gentleman and this company for your plumbing needs .. We are so excited to have found a responsive and friendly local business that was able to help us. I called Plumbing Around the Clock frantically yesterday because our garbage disposal was broken for a week. Within an hour, someone was dispatched to come help us and the disposal was replaced same day. It’s working great now. Sam was very knowledgeable and friendly, we felt comfortable with him in our home. Additionally, we are noticing reduced pressure on our sink and we want to diagnose what the problem is… and we are definitely going to use this company considering the value of work and fair pricing. I experienced a problem with my water backflow device that occurred by accident at 7:00 at night resulting in the shutdown of my home water supply. I contacted Plumbing Around the Clock, spoke to Mimi who indicated a technician was in the area who was dispatched to deal with my issue. Sam Lawson arrived on the scene an hour later after having called to say he was on the way. The job was completed satisfactorily by 11:00, at which time my water was turned on again. Sam was polite and professional and did a good job as far as I can tell. I would recommend this company if you have an emergency or require work at odd hours, or for that matter, anytime you need a competent plumber ~ David Z

I had an emergency in my house with one of the pipes underground had burst and was causing major damage throughout my home as water was coming out from the newly installed floors and into my walls throughout the master bedroom, closets, and new kitchen. Gil came over promptly and located the source Of the leak no one else could understand where this water was coming from. He not only cut the line From that particular pipe to stop the water from coming in any further, but started drying the water immediately to prevent further damage to my property. On Monday night around 9:00 pm l had an emergency because a pipe in one of the walls broke and a lot of water came out and flooded the floor all over the house. Thank God we have tile instead of carpet. I called Pluming Around the clock and immediately they sent Nate, who came promptly and took care of the situation. Nate was so nice, professional and helpful, he changed the old pipes and installed new ones and he made a wonderful job. Nate also took care of removing the water from the floor. Very satisfied with Nathan professional plumber at plumbing around the clock. Definitely five stars. We had emergency main water lines leak discovered last night. I called a few plumbing companies, but they couldn’t get to our house sooner. When I called “ plumbing around the clock “ right away they sent Nathan over and 1st thing he did, was shot off the meter, that saved us a big water bill for sure, then started digging , cutting the tree roots…and found out the cracked pipes caused by the tree roots . Nathan is absolutely on top of things , very friendly and very experienced explaining how common the problem is these days with landscaping. His performance is outstanding. He finished the job in no time, and filling the soil back to place. now we have water and no more leaks, very greatly appreciated Nathan and the company addressed the emergency situation promptly. We got a call back right away, were updated when someone would arrive at our home and were given a quick estimate. Once the Plumber understood the job that needed to be done, he informed us that he had to run out to get a few more supplies. The job was outside of our home, so he let us know when he arrived back at the house to work. He left our house at 1am with a note that he would return in the morning to finish the job. He did just that. Giving us updates along the way and making sure that we understood what he was doing. He even let me send pictures and participated in a FaceTime call with my two-year-old grandson who was absolutely fascinated with the project. I appreciated Around The Clock’s professionalism and kindness. I also appreciate that they followed up with me a day later to make sure that everything was still going well. Karel and Ariel were absolutely amazing to say the least. I cannot praise them enough here. We had a very bad plumbing problem. They came fast and it was after 5 pm. Both of our toilets needed to be lifted and cleaning had to be done. It was a big job. They even had to survey the surrounding field. They did such a perfect and awesome job that I don't know how to explain it. On top of that, they were very professional, honest, knowledgable and nice. Their prices are beyond reasonable. My toilet got clogged this morning and a plunger wasn’t making a difference. I called two plumbers but I loved the customer service from Plumbing Around The Clock from the moment I spoke to the first representative over the phone. They were very professional and sent Karel to my house within two hours. Karel and the other gentlemen removed my toilet and found an item blocking the passage, which was the issue. Jes she was the person on the phone with me not just to make the appointment but to find out how I was doing how the job was done to tell me exactly what time they were gonna arrive everything went like perfect she is such a nice person and it was able to help me the entire time I would recommend this company 100% especially it’s Jes and Ralston are going to take care you. We found a water leak around 9pm from a line that had been capped by another handyman during a bathroom remodel a couple of months ago. We called Plumbing Around the Clock, and by 9:25pm Paul showed up. He quickly found the source of the leak and had it completely fixed by 10:15pm. He saved us thousands in potential repairs and prevented further damage. Paul was friendly, professional, and clearly knew his craft. We had a water main break at the side of our house that left us with no water so we called The team of Plumbing around the clock and they showed up the next day. The two plumbers evaluated the problem and discovered the builder had put in the wrong pieces which ultimately caused the leak just after 4 years of owning the new home. My bathroom and toilet clogged at the same time late evening. It’s a duplex house and my neighbor had the same issue. Gil came at 9pm and was working on the roof with his assistance until midnight to clean sewage line. Even though it was dark and late, he put so much effort to resolve the issue. He came back again the day after early morning to fix the broken pipe. Gil was responsive, supportive and ensured I understood the issue and how to prevent it. Had a late night emergency with my pluming, I called and spoke to Mr Levi the owner, nice guy, what I really loved was that when his tech was running late he contacted me and let me know, you do get that kind of communication these days, that was AWSOME, I was impressed, once his Tech arrived he knew exactly what needed to be done to solve the problem, he went above and beyond to help.
